business stakeholders. Review, assess, and validate change requests
in ServiceNow to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper
classification as Standard, Normal, or Emergency changes. Conduct
risk and impact assessments in collaboration with engineering,
infrastructure, security, and operations teams, evaluating system
dependencies, deployment complexity, change timing, and rollback
strategies. Review technical implementation plans, back-out
procedures, and post-implementation verification steps to confirm
readiness prior to approval or execution. Coordinate approved
changes with release schedules and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring
alignment with deployment timelines across cloud, on-prem,
production, and non-production environments. Support governance
controls that protect system availability, performance, security,
and compliance, and help reduce change-related incidents.
Participate in reviews and retros, analyze change outcomes, and
contribute to continuous improvement of change management
processes. Qualifications BA degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional
experience. 3–5 years of experience in IT Change Management, IT
Operations, Release Management, or a related technical role.
Hands-on experience supporting or facilitating Change Advisory
Board (CAB) meetings. Working knowledge of ITIL change management
practices, including change types, risk assessment, and approval
workflows. Experience using Jira, ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM
