(varies depending on years of experience) We are seeking an
experienced HIV Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a
mission-driven community health organization serving diverse and
historically underserved populations, including the HIV and LGBTQ
community. This is an opportunity to practice meaningful,
relationship-centered medicine in a supportive, collaborative
environment led by a thoughtful and approachable clinical
leadership team. Providers who are passionate about infectious
disease, HIV care, preventive medicine, and community health are
encouraged to apply! What You’ll Be Doing Deliver comprehensive
primary care to patients living with HIV and other chronic
conditions Evaluate medical and psychosocial histories and perform
focused physical examinations Order and interpret diagnostic
testing, including laboratory studies relevant to HIV management
Collaborate with supervising or collaborating physicians as needed
for complex cases Provide patient education, counseling, and harm
reduction guidance during visits Implement and reinforce infection
prevention and control standards Work alongside interdisciplinary
teams to support whole-person care Ideal Background Licensed NP in
New York State Prior experience in HIV care, infectious disease, or
community-based primary care Comfortable working with LGBTQ
populations and individuals with complex psychosocial needs Strong
clinical judgment and ability to practice with autonomy Commitment
to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care Why This
