Attorney Lead the Brooklyn office. Guide the client journey. Build

About the Opportunity This is a leadership-focused role for an
attorney who enjoys autonomy and wants to make a meaningful impact.
You will serve as the primary attorney for the Brooklyn office,
managing matters from consultation through completion while shaping
the client journey and supporting the growth of the location. You
will be supported by an onsite intake coordinator and firm
leadership that continues to drive business development. As the
office grows, additional paralegal support is planned, creating an
opportunity for you to build and guide a local team. Candidates
with significant hands-on estate planning responsibility are
strongly encouraged to apply. This role offers a pathway for an

influence within a respected practice. What You Will Do Manage
client matters from beginning to end including consultations,
planning design, drafting, signing meetings, and follow-through.
Guide clients through estate planning, elder law, Medicaid
planning, and estate or trust administration. Lead the Brooklyn
office’s daily legal operations with confidence and
professionalism. Ensure a smooth and supportive client experience
from first meeting through implementation. Collaborate with firm
leadership on workflow, client service, and future growth. Support
the development of team structure as additional staff are added.

supported throughout the planning process. Drafting is accurate,
timely, and aligned with firm standards. Office operations run
smoothly under your leadership. Communication remains clear and
proactive. Your presence strengthens both client relationships and
internal team effectiveness. Requirements You May Be a Strong Fit
If You Are confident managing matters independently from intake
through completion. Communicate clearly and comfortably with
clients on sensitive topics. Enjoy leadership and ownership of
outcomes. Bring organization, follow-through, and strong drafting
skills. Are comfortable making decisions and guiding a full
caseload. Have meaningful experience in estate planning and elder
law. Preferred Experience Estate planning and elder law experience
with hands-on responsibility. Familiarity with Medicaid planning
and administration matters. Experience with planning software such
as ElderCounsel or WealthCounsel is a plus. Bilingual ability is
welcome. Qualifications JD and active New York license in good
standing. 3 to 5 years of estate planning, elder law, or trust and
estates experience. Experience managing matters from consultation
through execution. Strong written and interpersonal communication
