Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Operations Clerk / Shipping Receiving professional to join their team. As an Operations Clerk / Shipping Receiving, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Operations Warehouse Clerk Location: Durham, NY Pay Range: $23.00/hr Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Create and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently Check order confirmations for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Receive shipments, inspect deliveries, and assist with product assembly Pull, package, and palletize orders for shipment Oversee shipment scheduling, track deliveries, and manage logistics details What's Needed? Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience Excellent computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems Forklift certification is preferred, with the ability to operate a scissor lift Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment What's in it for me?
