What You'll Do

The Talent Operations Leader will work closely with the Chief Talent Officer to dive deep into complex issues, coordinate multiple strategic initiatives, and run team-wide cadence towards defined success metrics. This role will work with executives across the company. Specifically, you will:

Create Leverage:

  • Work in close partnership with the Chief Talent Officer to guide internal initiatives through to completion, including those without a clear next step
  • Establish efficiency where it is needed and drive a rapid speed of iteration in order to scale as a Talent organization across the businesses

Thought Leadership:

  • Act as a trusted advisor
  • Provide new perspective, creative solutioning and innovative ideas to achieve team objectives
  • Continually seek opportunities for improvement and execute on those opportunities to grow and scale

Run Cross-Functional Initiatives in a Growing Space:

  • Take on critical problems that affect multiple stakeholders, work with the team to drive solutions and outcomes, and champion ways to scale these solutions with the company
  • Champion communication across the Talent space, leveraging ideas and synergies among initiatives to drive value

Provide Operational Expertise

  • Provide operational guidance on initiatives, streamlining, program management and communication
  • Develop plans, stick to timelines and hold stakeholders accountable for execution of strategic goals
  • Serve as a facilitator, helping to remove obstacles to ITM's strategic mission
