Job DescriptionJob Description:The Customer Relations Specialist is a supporting role in the Operations Team. The employee will interface with part responsible Manufacturing Engineers, Production Supervisors, Supply Chain and the Director of Sales to support timely and well informed communication of program status to the customer. The employee will be responsible for handling customer phone calls on a regular basis, reporting on actions as well as presenting and occasionally updating program schedules.Experience:· 1-3 Years in an administrative support role desired.· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required.· Proficiency in MS Project is desired.· Good written and verbal communication skills are required.Educational Requirements:· High School Diploma or Equivalent required.· 2 year degree or certificate in business related field is desired.ABOUT US:Polamer Precision Inc., is a global aerospace manufacturing company specializing in complex aerospace engine components for demanding applications.
