Job Description:
Job DescriptionThe Desktop Support Specialist will apply
professional knowledge to the response, diagnosis, and resolution
of end user technical (hardware/software) problems in-person, via
telephone or remote access. Job Duties: Utilizing Service Now Asset
database identify machines that require the upgrade Communicate
with users to coordinate shipping and the return old devices Track
shipping and the return of devices Provide Daily Project updates to
leadership Create shipping labels Prep computers and appropriately
pack them for shipping ssist with imaging of the old devices Start
