Sr. Associate, Training Operations page is loaded Sr. Associate, Training Operations Apply remote type Hybrid locations Cambridge, MA time type Full time posted on Posted 29 Days Ago job requisition id R-01903 The Senior Associate, Training Operations is accountable for all the operational components of training tactics, meetings, and day-to-day training activities such as assigning learning content, managing submissions to Veeva, project timelines and asset management for both commercial and medical field teams as part of the Global Training & Field Effectiveness team.

The Senior Associate, Training Operations maintains all training systems and portals, ensuring content is current, accurate and accessible; this includes GT&FE SharePoint site, BOX, Workday LMS & Sarepta University page on Sarepta's Intranet, The Nucleus. This role is also responsible for helping the GT&FE team drive the communication plan by developing and maintaining a calendar of content and assisting the team in execution. This role reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Training & Capabilities. This position is based in Cambridge and it is anticipated that this role will require travel about 10% of the time.Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with the logistical and operational planning and organizing of all training activities, and of all assigned training programs and meetings for GT&FE.
  • Implement and participate in training activities for commercial and medical field personnel.
  • Maintain all GTFE online content - including SharePoint site, Sarepta University, Workday LMS and other sites to ensure all field and organization facing materials are current and approved.
  • Manage the lifecycle of all GTFE content in Veeva.
  • Partner with marketing operations to maintain and execute an effective field communication plan that is consistent and utilizes all channels; consistently embrace and discover new methods and means of communicating.
  • Other related duties as needed. Desired Education and Skills: -
    • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years related experience required in a related field such as applicable education, healthcare, laboratory, agency, sales, marketing and/or training experience a plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and competence with additional applications such as Workday LMS, BOX, SharePoint
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, ability to "think on your feet", organized and results focused
    • Possess understanding of current healthcare environment
    • Ability to travel 10%
    • Excellent English language skills; spoken, written and presentation#LI-HybridThis position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.The targeted salary range for this position is $88,000 - $110,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges.
