If so, we are looking for you! Our company is seeking a Permanent Multifamily Superintendent to join our team of construction professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to work on various multifamily construction projects and play a pivotal role in their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project management, subcontractor management, safety management, and electrical/MEP construction knowledge.   • 5+ years of experience as a Multifamily Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with construction management, project management, subcontractor management, materials management, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical/MEP construction.
  • Extensive experience with mixed-use, mid-rise, ground up construction and best practices
  • Certification in OSHA10 or OSHA30.
  • Proficiency in using Procore construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
