Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. The only way for a company to meet such a goal is to consistently meet production deadlines and expectations.Position Description:Production scheduler/Expeditor manages our ERP system to meet customer needs. In addition, will need to expediate orders thru manufacturing as required to meet our customer delivery requirements. Essential Responsibilities:Schedule production jobs and workflowDevelop shop schedules - by creating and maintaining work orders.Review work order action required report and ensure due dates are aligned with the customer requirements and determining if the dates are realistic and achievable to available capacity and resources. Issue material requisitions to purchasing.Release production jobs on time to ensure completion to requirementsSupport customer service on new customer requests inside of standard lead timeParticipate in daily production meetings to track performance and identify work orders slipping and determine plans to get back on schedule working with production departments as required.
