Job Description:
Job Description Lyp management is hiring We are currently
seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team growing team. You
will be responsible for completing work orders and other required
tasks. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a
timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine
preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Must be
willing to be dedicated to getting jobs done --- Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Owning
your own van, truck, or large SUV is prefered Familiarity with
maintenance tools and equipment Having your own tools is prefered,
but not necessary Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and
detail-oriented Must be willing to travel Compensation depends upon
skill set, work experince, and level of expertise. Apply to this
