The HVAC Mechanic works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. This position reports to the Facilities Manager.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent plus 3-5 years experience in performing general maintenance repairs is required. Current knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC is required. May be required to complete an apprenticeship or formal training in the field.
