Job Description Polamer Precision is seeking a full-time Facility Support Technician. This individual will be in charge of CHIP/Recycling room maintenance, and assisting with general machine/building maintenance. In regards to machine/building maintenance the individual will be response for repairing locks, windows, doors, sheetrock etc This position will report directly to the Value Stream Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Chip/recycling room maintenance Maintain company property Assist machine technicians as needed Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and non-network related equipment Replace broken windows; repair doors, door locks, and other general projects Patch and paint, drywall repair general repairs Clean, sweep, mop, wax floors as directed Clean walls and ceilings as directed Restocking bathrooms etc. Empty garbage---s as required Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Safety awareness Ability to work with hand and power tools Fundamentals of machinery Good time management Fundamentals of mechanical equipment Required to work between (2) facilities as needed Qualified applicant must have good verbal and written communication skills.
