Position: -Quality Technician
Employee Type: Full-TimeResponsibilities:
---Test and inspect product at various stages of production process
---Process, compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products
---Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards
---Possess strong communication skills with the ability to train others
---Review Spec Sheets to determine if the product is meeting the customer specifications.
---Ensure proper documentation on all customer returns through final disposition
---Complete receiving inspection
---Conduct Quality Tests as required
---Work with plant personnel to prevent rejects form reoccurring
---Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned by supervisor and or manager
---Continuous learning and willingness to seek personal growth
---Demonstrate attention to detailQualifications:
---Possess strong communication skills with the ability to train others
---Knowledge and application of SPC is a plus
---Good PC, data entry and ability to work in spreadsheets
---Possess a positive can-do attitude, demonstrating a proactive instead of reactive approach
---Possess a willingness to learn and seek personal growth
---Ability to stoop, bend, and twist repetitively
---Ability to lift to and including 50 lbs
---Ability to stand on feet 8 hours per day.
