Responsibilities

  Image Maintenance and Deployment: Maintain and update device images for PSE devices, ensuring all software packages are current and functional. Utilize SCCM and Nomad for efficient management and deployment of these images.
  
  
• 
  Software Packaging: Create, test, and deploy software packages based on specific requirements. Ensure compatibility and stability across different device platforms.
  
  
• 
  ServiceNow Management: Handle incoming requests and issues through the ServiceNow ticketing system. Prioritize and resolve these requests within established timelines.
  
  
• 
  Incident Response: Provide timely responses to service disruptions or software issues, though this will be a minimal aspect of the role. Implement solutions that minimize downtime and user impact.
  
  
• 
  Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT teams to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to understand requirements and provide updates.
  
  
  Qualifications

    Expertise in SCCM and Nomad: Demonstrated ability in managing and deploying images and software packages using SCCM and Nomad.
    
    
  • 
    Experience with ServiceNow: Proficiency in using ServiceNow for ticket management and incident handling.
    
    
  • 
    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software packaging and device imaging.
    
    
  • 
    Time Management: Capability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    
    
  • 
    Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and document procedures clearly.

    USD $25.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
