Full-Time Urologist Opportunity - Connecticut A large,
physician-led outpatient group is actively seeking a full-time
Urologist to join their growing team in 2025. This is a unique

practice! Practice Setting: Physician-led, multi-specialty
outpatient practice with national backing Openings in suburban and
rural locations across Connecticut Mix of clinic and OR time
tailored to your preferences Full spectrum of urologic procedures
supported, including vasectomies Modern facilities with access to
ultrasound and bladder scanner tech Schedule: Monday-Friday,
daytime clinic hours with some flexibility Call is approximately 1
in 4 weekends, with rotating weekday coverage Customizable
clinic/OR split depending on site and physician goals Consistent
APP and administrative support structure Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary starting at $350K-$400K with significant earning upside
Average physician income around $815K, with potential for $1M
