Location: Warwick, RI Hybrid after training 3 days in office In Office Training Pay: Base salary: 43,000 - 50,830 experience based Uncapped performance incentives 5% bilingual incentive Full benefits package Schedule: Full time Shifts between 7am 9pm and rotational Saturdays 8am - 4:30pm Training hours: 9:30am–6pm Title: Inbound Insurance Sales Consultant Our Inbound Insurance Sales Consultant responding to incoming calls, promoting insurance products, and guiding customers to the best coverage options. You’ll generate quotes, bind policies, educate customers, and create cross-sell opportunities. Some outbound calling may be required. This role blends customer service, consultative sales, and high earning potential in a performance driven environment. Ideal Candidate: Newly licensed or seasoned Property & Casualty agents welcome Strong sales background with proven quota achievement Fast paced, goal driven, and coachable Excellent communication skills Tech savvy and adaptable Customer focused and solution focused Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience Ability to obtain P&C licenses in required states Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Ability to influence, consult, and close sales
