Position Summary: The Pile Driver Foreman will be responsible for
the field planning and installation of footing piles and earth
support sheeting systems as directed by the Superintendent.
Responsibilities: - Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety
policies and procedures including reporting all accidents,
incidents and near misses to ensure adherence to our Number One
Core Value – Safety, first in everything we do. - Ensure compliance
with TMC Safety Policies and TMC Quality Control Plan. - Ensure
that materials required for the week are on site or available. -
Collect and enter labor and equipment on a daily basis into Heavy
Job. - Maintain quantities of work completed on a daily basis. -
Conduct daily huddles in the absence of the Superintendent. -
Ensure that equipment is cleaned and stored properly at the end of
each shift. - Assist in planning work schedule and determining
labor and equipment needs daily. - Report any potential changes or
extra’s to appropriate Field Superintendent. - Adhere to
requirements of the TMC Work Smart program.
