family-centered, evidence-based practices. We are seeking Special
Education Teachers who are passionate about making a difference in
children’s lives within home and community settings. Position
Overview: As a Special Education Teacher in our Early Intervention
program, you will work with infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years
old) with developmental delays. You will design and implement
individualized intervention plans and partner with families to
support their child’s educational and functional growth. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct early childhood special education
services to children in home and community settings. Develop and
implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs). Conduct
developmental assessments and progress monitoring. Work
collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Deliver family coaching to encourage developmental growth. Maintain
documentation and service logs in compliance with NYC EI
requirements. Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time,
hourly, or fee-for-service options. Competitive pay structure for

Referral and retention bonuses. New York State certification in
Special Education (Birth–Grade 2 or equivalent). Experience with
infants, toddlers, or early childhood preferred. Knowledge of Early
Intervention service delivery models and documentation standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to travel
within assigned boroughs of NYC. Hand dexterity ability (ability to
operate mobile device, smart phone, computer). Ability to lift up
to 30 pounds. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability
to travel to various locations on a near daily basis. Ability to
