Job Description Job Description Description: The Clear View School Day Treatment Center, a therapeutic special education setting in Westchester, is seeking an LMSW or LCSW to work as a member of our expanding Interdisciplinary team. We are looking to fill multiple temporary (parental leave coverage) positions, with the possibility for permanent employment. Clear View offers a comprehensive, integrated educational and therapeutic program to students (ages 3-21) living with mental illness and emotional disabilities. We are a community that values collaboration, individualized, and person­ centered treatment, and creativity. The therapist position is a highly clinical opportunity that centers around providing Individual and family therapy to our students and their families. Recent MSW graduates are welcome to apply if they are scheduled for their LMSW exam. Clinical supervision is provided towards the LCSW requirement. We are looking for dynamic, compassionate, and empathetic individuals who have the following skills and abilities: Therapeutic resourcefulness and willingness to "think outside of the box." Strong ability to establish rapport and build relationships with students, their families, and staff Interest in and/or knowledge of Attachment Theory Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated multidisciplinary team Excellent verbal communication skills Solid writing skills and documentation practices Effective time management and organizational skills Requirements: LMSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker Master Social Worker
