At Believe In Me, LMSWs work in an educational, developmental role supporting toddlers and families through play-based learning and daily routines. This is NOT psychotherapy or counseling and yes, we provide clinical supervision toward your LCSW hours. WHAT YOULL BE DOING: Teaching and supporting toddler development through play-based activities (Mr. Potato Head, puzzles, puppets, pretend kitchen, sensory play, songs, stories,etc ) Modeling and reinforcing daily routines (transitions, mealtime, cleanup, play skills) Supporting social-emotional growth through structure, consistency, and relationship Observing developmental progress and planning age-appropriate learning experiences Coaching caregivers on routines, play strategies, and developmental support Collaborating with a supportive, mission-driven team THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR LMSWs WHO: Want to earn LCSW clinical hours while working in early childhood Prefer teaching, coaching, and developmental work over psychotherapy Believe play is powerfuland essential Enjoy being hands-on, creative, and active Are nurturing, patient, and child-centered WHY BELIEVE IN ME?
