Responsibilities: Meet up with the design team about product selections and sample developments according to fashion trends and anticipate and meet consumer preferences and market demands. Collaborate with the sales, design, and technical teams to align on seasonal themes and calendar deadlines, contributing to the development of cohesive and timely collections. Assist in reviewing and coordinating changes to computer-aided design (CAD) files and technical packages by liaising among customers, sales teams, and factories toconfirm required revisions, ensure technical feasibility, and support the development ofnew styles and prototypes. Communicate daily with overseas manufacturers to source fabric and trims, obtain material samples, and ensure all components are available for prototype development. Work with internal teams and vendors to select appropriate fabrics, trims, colors, and embellishments for each garment, ensuring both aesthetic and functional alignment. Coordinate with the design and tech teams to develop sample prototypes, assist in fittings, and implement necessary adjustments based on fit and construction feedback. Support the preparation and presentation of seasonal design concepts and sample collections to internal stakeholders or buyers. Communicate with overseas customers and buyers, assisting the sales team in aligning product offerings with client needs and timelines. Manage the sample approval process, place production orders, track delivery schedules, and follow up with overseas factories to ensure timely and accurate final production. Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Outlook). Strong communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to take direction, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills.
