We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission. About The Role We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Senior QA Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for testing integrations of our AI technology with our customers’ system through APIs as well as conducting thorough frontend testing of our products. This role requires attention to detail, technical experience with manual QA testing tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with software engineering teams to ensure the highest quality of our products. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed manual testing of our integrations via APIs to ensure they meet specified requirements and function correctly within our customers’ user workflows Collaborate with engineers to create test cases for API testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all scenarios Validate API responses and error codes to ensure seamless data exchange and integrity Execute comprehensive manual UI tests to ensure frontend user interface consistency, usability, and functionality across different browsers and platforms Work closely with the engineering team to understand the application features and components for accurate testing and feedback Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in our API integrations and frontend UI Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test plans, and test results to support reproducibility of testing processes Coordinate with customer technical teams as needed to understand integration points and data specifications Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team Move at rocket speed, build something massive. Requirements 3 years of delivering high quality testing processing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience Excited to work hard at a fast-growing startup Strong experience with SQL, DataDog, and Postman (or equivalent) Excellent organizationals, analytical, and problem-solving skills Willing to work in person at NYC headquarters 5 days a week Why Join Growth and impact. Job Compensation Range The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
